The LeadingAge MA Annual Conference is our most well-attended event, drawing aging services professionals from all over the state who are seeking to further their knowledge in trends and best practices. This is the premier opportunity to reach key leaders and decision makers in the Massachusetts aging services field.

We have strategically designed the layout of our exhibition to maximize the potential of the space, as well as create a more valuable experience for both our exhibitors and attendees. The show will be smaller, giving attendees more opportunities to engage with the displays. Also, vendors will be positioned in the most high traffic areas of the event space, with some options for booths directly inside the general session space to offer the highest visibility. Additionally, we have done away with traditional pipe and drape. Each exhibitor will have a 6ft table, with two chairs. This will give a more open feel and give attendees flexibility when networking. As part of this layout, the LeadingAge MA staff will be assigning the vendor locations. We will allocate space in such a manner as to produce a balanced show in order to enhance its appeal to attendees. We will attempt not to place competitors adjacent to one another or facing one another. Once the show is sold out, exhibitors will have the opportunity to review the layout and express any concerns.

Who Will Attend?

Leaders from across the entire continuum of aging services including CEOs, executive directors, administrators, and other department heads and key decision makers. 

Exhibitor Schedule Information

Set up:

  • Tuesday, June 6: 6:00pm-8:00pm
  • Wednesday, June 7: 7:00am-8:00am

Expo time:

  • 8:00am-9:00am -- Breakfast and Registration
  • 10:00am-10:45am -- AM Break
  • 12:00pm-1:15pm -- Lunch

At 1:15pm exhibitors in the standard booths will break down, while the attendees are in the general session space. Exhibitors in the premium booths will break down starting at 2:15pm.

Exhibit Fees

The fee includes two attendees per booth. Friend level members have the cost of their booth included in their annual fee.

Overnight Accommodations

A block of standard queen rooms are available for the night of June 6th – 1 queen bed and the rate is $145.00 per night single occupancy. 

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the block is May 7th.
