The main driver for employee retention is having a great boss. In fact, according to Gallup Management Research, 70% of an employee’s engagement is determined by their relationship with their direct supervisor.
Great managers produce higher employee engagement, productivity, retention, improved teamwork, and higher customer satisfaction.
Bad managers drive employees to quit.
When we train managers, everyone wins: our teams, residents/consumers and organizations!
Designed especially for managers working in aging services settings, Leading With Confidence offers clear, practical and engaging skill-building over 6 sessions. Click here to review all of the session information.
LeadingAge MA has 10 spots in this class that is limited in size to promote dialogue, shared learning and a collegial atmosphere built on trust. Students will engage in exercises and demonstrations designed to grow their skills and confidence as leaders. All students will be welcomed, challenged and affirmed.
Each session includes professionally designed handouts and resource materials. After attending all sessions, graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion.
