CCRC/Life Plan Community Member Meeting

In addition to ongoing discussions related to living with COVID, the agenda will include a discussion on policies and practices relative to benevolent care, disclosure of entrance fee refunds, how communities communicate board action/decisions with residents, and ongoing discussions with MLCRA.  Please come ready to share, as this meeting will be a time for members to discuss their current challenges and successful strategies with one another. Please send any specific questions or concerns to Elissa Sherman at [email protected], and come prepared to share the work that you and your teams are doing with your fellow members.
